New Wound Assessment

1. Select a patient from the Patient List to go to the Patient’s Home.
2. Tap Start New Assessment 
3. Tap Create New Assessment.
4. Camera Screen will open, Tap capture Button

Note: User can swipe left or right to scroll through the Patient Wound List to find the wound for which user would like to conduct a follow-up assessment on or continue an unfinished assessment.
