Wound Attributes

Tap next from the Result page, will land to Assessment page. 

1. Select patient.
2. Select Create New Assessment / Create new visit. 
3. Select Occured Date and Seen Date.
4. Select Wound Location
   1. Select Location e.g Back Body
   2. Select the location e.g Lumbar Lower back
   3. Tap Next on the bottom of the screen 
5. Select Category e.g pressure Injury
6. Select Wound Stage e.g Deep Tissue Injury
7. Select Wound Status e.g Acute/ Chronic
8. Select Exudate Amount
9. Select Exudate nature
10. Select Exudate Consitency
11. Select Edges 
12. Select periwound
13. Select Pain
14. Select Redness / Warm to touch/ swelling/ smell
15. Once all fields are filled can see Next Button On top right corner and Result can be seen at the bottom of the screen

Tap the ? for reference images to choose the appropriate attribute for Exudate Nature, Edges and Periwound. (See reference images below)

Note for Save & Exit:

The assessment is autosave and the Next Button on the top right corner will be visible.
