Follow-up Assessment on existing wounds

As it is possible for multiple wounds to exist in the same location, ensure that the correct wound is selected by checking the wound ID, wound image and other wound details. 

1. Once the correct wound is found, to start the follow-up assessment tap Start Assessment. 
2. Tap Start New Assessment 
3. Tap Create Visit.
4. Camera Screen will open, Tap capture Button
