Wound Visits (For individual assessments and to create follow-up visits)

On the same page, scroll down to see Wound Visits.

Users can 

1. Download wound reports for the specific visit through the PDF icon. Report will be downloaded as a PDF file.

2. View wound assessment for the specific visit through the magnifying glass icon

   1. User can view all comments left by the reviewer(s) on the Treatment Guideline page of the wound assessment.

3. Edit the wound assessment for the specific visit through the pencil icon

4. Delete the wound assessment for the specific visit through the trash can icon

Users can add a wound assessment for a followup visit on the existing wound. 

1. Click Add Visit 

2. Input the wound information (See 10.1.1 Wound Assessment)
