Discharge Summary

Step 1: To add a Discharge Summary, it is necessary to select the client first by searching for a client profile under Client Client Listing on the left menu bar.

Step 1: On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.

  1. Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.

  1. Then select the 'General Care / Reports' icon.



  1. Select Discharge Summary and select Add Discharge Summary.

  2. Enter the relevant information and press Submit or Save. (Save  would mean that the General Care Plan will not be submitted and the user will be able to continue to edit it at a later date/time). 

  1. Once all the information has been entered, the user will be able to Submit the Discharge Summary. 


  1. To view the current Discharge Summary, select the ‘magnifying glass button’ to view.
