Activity Assessment

Note:  The activities in this section  are auto-populated from the Admission ICP Assessment Form (Section  24.1.1), Results are consolidated and reported in EPES Reports (Section 25.2)

Step 1: Click on ‘Activity Assessment’ and scroll down

Step 2: Click on ‘Add New Score’.
    

Step 3: The activities are auto-populated from the Admission ICP Assessment Form. Select the activity to be scored. 

Step 4: Upon selecting, the page will take you to the ‘Activity Score’ page.

Step 5: The ADL should be recorded. The same will be done for CLS if the activity selected is for CLS.

Step 6: Click on Activity Assessment Icon

Step 7: Click on the Social Interaction Assessment Score Listings Tab.

Step 8: Click on ‘Add New Social Interaction Assessment ‘ to add a new score.
