To edit the client profile, click Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.
On the client listing, scroll down to the client name or search for the client.
To request for discharge, select the Discharge button which looks like a ‘x’.
The user will receive a pop-up requesting the reason for discharge.
The client’s status will be updated to discharged.
