Users without access rights to discharge a client can request for discharge in the system. There is a workflow to route the request to users with access rights via notifications.
To edit the client profile, click Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.
On the client listing, scroll down to the client name or search for the client.
To request for discharge, select the Request Discharge button which looks like a ‘x’ within a circle.
The user will receive a pop-up requesting confirmation.
The assigned administrator will receive an email stating to confirm the discharge request. (see example below)
