To view the PT Initial/Re-Assessment, it is necessary to select the consolidated reports first by searching under Client > Consolidated Reports > PT Initial/Re-Assessment on the left menu bar.
The Consolidated list of PT Initial/Re-Assessment will be displayed.
To search for specific record(s), the user can filter from the top menu bar.
