Add PRN Medication

1. Select the Medication Name and Select the Internal or External Route from the respective drop-down lists.

2. Select PRN for the indication

3. Enter the required information and click Submit. 

1. Mandatory fields would include:

   1. Start Date of Medication

   2. Medication Name

   3. Route (To determine which dashboard the medication will appear in) 

   4. Dosing Schedule

   5. PRN Indication

4.     The medication saved will appear on the List of Medications to consume
