Add Medication

1. Go to the Patient Profile and click Medication icon, indicated by the first-aid box icon.

2. To add medication, scroll down to the bottom and click Add Medication To Consume. 

To view each listing, select View indicated by the magnifying glass icon. To edit, select Edit indicated by the pencil icon.

3. Fill in all required fields and click Submit

Note: 

Under Indication, for Chronic, it is necessary that the patient has the relevant medical history prior to adding the chronic medication. Users may choose from the dropdown list when choosing Acute or PRN.
