Add/Edit Medication

1. To add medication, select Client > Medication > Add Medication on the left menu bar.

2. User can select the Client from the drop-down menu and press Submit.

3. User can select Add Medication to consume to add a new medication for the client.

(Restriction: If medication to be added comes in pill form (internal route only), Dosage Form can only be specified as “Tablet” as there is no Inventory Management for pill dosage forms.

4. (Optional) To view details of the medication, select the 'View' icon, which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass or to edit details of the medication, select the 'Edit' icon, which looks like a pencil.
