SASCO’s service attendance is linked with the Welch Allyn Vital Signs Machine. Refer here for the workflow.
If the IHDC service is scheduled for the day (based on the client’s service day), the following attendance will be taken:
Program Attendance
Transport Attendance (If applicable. One-way or Round Trip attendance will be taken based on the Client’s service set up.)
Kerb to Door Attendance (If applicable. One-way or Round Trip attendance will be taken based on the Client’s service set up.)
Step 2b - Type 2: Home Visit Attendance
Users will use this step to also plan the home visits required for this client.
Refer to steps here on creating and completing tasks. Indicate the Service to Bill = Client’s IHDC Package.
Once task(s) is complete, service attendance for the IHDC Package will be taken and reflected under AIC Consumed Service. Such service attendance will be indicated as ‘Attendance added via task completion’ as a remark.
Step 2c - Type 3: Phone Call Attendance
Refer to steps in the Communication Log section on how to add a communication log. Service Attendance taken via this module will be counted as a Phone Call Attendance.
Service attendance will be taken and reflected under AIC Consumed Service. Such service attendance will be indicated as ‘Attendance added via Communication Log’ as a remark.
