Step 1: Service Planning for IHDC (Client Level)

This step is to indicate which IHDC Package that the client is under.



  1. Select the 'AIC Services' icon


  1. Select the 'AIC Services' tab

  1. Select 'Add AIC Service' button


  1. Enter the necessary information and click Submit. New AIC Service will be created and stored under AIC Services.


Refer to Add AIC Services section on the important things to note. 


Key difference for IHDC Services input are the questions related to Transport and Door to Door Service:



If Transport and/or Door to Door Service is required, user should check the box as TRUE.



It is important to indicate accurately if the default trip for these two services is set as one way or round trip. As this will be the default attendance taken when taking Group Temperature (linked with Service Attendance).


If there are any ad-hoc changes, user can refer to the Edit AIC Service Consumed section.


If there is a permanent update in the default transport/ door to door service, user can edit the IHDC AIC Service, and update this section.
