Service Set Up for IHDC (Organisation Level)

This step is to create the IHDC package services that are provided by the Organisation. 


Usually, this step will already have been completed by Tetsuyu Healthcare team as part of the system setup, onboarding process.


  1. On the left menu, click on ‘Code Table’. Search for ‘AIC Facility Services’

  2. Click on the ‘+’ icon to add new service



  1. Input the necessary information.

When the user selects ‘Package’ for the Unit of Measurement, the selection ‘For IHDC’ will be shown. Check the checkbox to indicate TRUE that the service is ‘For IHDC’.



Note:
a. If the user will generate invoices for the service, please include the ‘Prefix for Invoice No’.

b. If the service is applicable for GST Absorption from the government, check the checkbox to indicate TRUE.

c. If the organisation will receive referrals from IRMS for this service, include the IRMS Service Name details.

d. If this service’s invoice and movement attendance needs to be submitted to the ILTC portal, include the Bill Item and ILTC Code details.


  1. Once done, click ‘Submit’ to create the service.
