The purpose of this AIC NMTS Log is for users to be able to record and keep a track of when the last means test was done for client and the expiration date of client’s latest means test.
To view the AIC NMTS log, select the client’s name first by searching for a client profile under Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.
On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.
Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.
Select the 'AIC Services' icon
Select the ‘AIC NMTS Log’ tab.
A listing of the NMTS records will be displayed.
The information in this NMTS log is auto populated from the NMTS Expiration Date Field and Last Means Test Date Field when adding a new AIC Service. Everytime a new AIC service is added with the NMTS Expiration Date Field and Last Means Test Date Field filled up, the AIC NMTS Log will be auto-updated.
