AIC Tier Logs

The purpose of this AIC Tier Log is for users to be able to record and keep a track of all the tiers client falls under for each service.

1. To view the AIC Tier log, select the client’s name first by searching for a client profile under Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.

2. On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.

3. Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.

4. Select the 'AIC Services' icon

5. Select the ‘AIC Tier Log’ tab. 

6. A  listing of the tier records will be displayed. 

7. The information in this tier log is auto populated from the Tier Field when adding a new AIC Service (See Section 6.1). Everytime a new AIC service is added with the Tier Field filled up, the AIC Tier Log will be auto-updated.
