Event Attendance

  1. On the day of the event, the user takes attendance by clicking on the Magnifying Glass (View) Icon for the particular event. 


  1. Scroll all the way down to “Attendees'' and take attendance by checking the specific Attendees Attendance tickbox. Then click update attendance. 

If there are multiple Sessions of an event, users can select which particular session, or all sessions, then select Update, to take attendance of the selected sessions..

  1. Users may also select the Download icon at the bottom to receive an excel copy of the event’s attendance.
     

If the event requires a Removal of Users assigned or input in User/Client Remarks, users may select the particular Users and select “Remove Selected User” or select the Edit icon and key in remarks respectively.
