On the client dashboard > Service, click on the ‘Consumed Services’ tab.
If the user wishes to remove consumed services because e.g. the service attendance was accidentally added, user can click on the Delete icon.
The service attendance ‘status’ will be updated to ‘deleted’, so that there can still be an audit trail of any deleted attendance.
The Service Consumed (for invoice) will also be updated accordingly.
(For IHDC service only)
If user wishes to edit/ remove the service attendance for Transport and/or Door to Door service, user can click on the View icon.
On this page, user can click on the Edit button below to update the attendance.
Note: NA = no attendance for Transport/ Door to Door service that day.
