Family Chat

Family chat is intended for chatting with clients’s caregivers or family members who are users of CARES4CAREGIVERS.  

1. User can select the client by searching Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.

2. On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.

3. Upon finding the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.

4. Then select the 'Speech Bubble' icon.

5. Updates can be shared to Family Members via the Chat Functions

   1. To tag another user, key in a ‘@’ and the first few letters of the user’s name. Then, choose the user from the pop-up list.

*Important: Family member must already be added to Family Member Support (See 14)

2. Input the message into the text box.

6. Images and files can be attached via the 'Attach File' button

7. Click 'Share'
