Add Family Member Support

  1. To add family member support, it is necessary to select the client first by searching for a client profile under client > client Listing on the left menu bar.

  1. On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.

  2. Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.


  1. Then select the 'Family Member Support' icon.






  1. Select Add Family Member Support 


  1. Enter the required information and click Submit. New family member support will be created and stored under Family Member Support

  1. Mandatory Fields would include:

    1. Member Given Name

    2. Gender

    3. User Type

    4. Relationship to client

    5. Contact Details

    6. Nationality
