Go to the Patient Profile and select Chat, indicated by the speech bubble icon.
Clinicians can chat with each other via the chat function
To tag another user, key in an ‘@’ and the first few letters of the user’s name. Then, choose the user from the pop-up list.
Input the message into the text box.
Tagged users will receive an email notification to inform them that they have received a chat message and the message content will be included in the email.
To attach images and files, select Attach File
Click Share to send the message. Messages exchanged on C4W-B App will also be shown here.
Click Delete to delete the message. User can only delete the message that is sent by him / her, and will not be able to delete messages sent by other users. The function is also only available for a set timing by the System Admin (see Section 2.2.1.3 Chat Settings).
