Enhanced Resident Assessment Form

To add Enhanced Resident Assessment Form, from the assessment tab.

Ensure the date of the test has been selected to the correct date of test.  If the date was done earlier, the user is able to select the correct date.  

Look for the Enhanced Resident Assessment Form scored assessment, and click Add.

The user will then be able to add the scores from there.
