To add Assessments, it is necessary to select the client first by searching for a client profile under Client > Client Listing on the left menu bar.
On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.
Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.
Then select the 'Heart' icon.
Select the 'Assessment' tab
Select the Assessment the user would want to conduct for the client and press Add.
Complete the necessary fields based on the requirements for the assessment and press submit.
Results will be displayed in a chart form.
