This is used to monitor residents who require close monitoring of their vitals, e.g. if a resident is currently sick.
To add a vital sign task, click Vital Sign Management > Vital Sign Task > Add Task from the left menu bar.
User is able to key in the necessary information and press Submit.
Mandatory field includes:
Resident
Vital Sign Types
Task Date
Recurrence
Assignees
3. Record will be saved and stored in Vital Sign Main Task Listing. To view Vital Sign Task List, click Vital Sign Management > Vital Sign Task > Task List from the left menu bar.
4. Click the Magnifying glass icon to view the assigned task and the task status.
5. Click on the Checkbox Icon to complete the task.
*Important: Only users assigned to complete the task can see the Checkbox Icon for completing the task
6. Fill up the form accordingly and click on “Complete Task”.
Your record will be saved and status is now “Completed”.
