Add Patient Social Support

  1. Go to the Patient Profile and select Patient Social Support, indicated by the people icon.

  1. To add support members, click Add Family Member Support

To view each listing, select View indicated by the magnifying glass icon. To edit, select Edit indicated by the pencil icon. To delete, select Delete indicated by the trash can icon.

  1. Fill in all required fields and click Submit when done.


  1. To update the spokesperson for the patient, select/deselect the Spokesperson? checkbox and click Update Spokesperson to save this record. 

This indicates that this family member will be the main point of contact for this patient.

  1. To update the family member to bill to, select/deselect the Bill To? checkbox and click Update Bill To to save this record. 

This indicates that this family member will be the person to send the bill to.
