Communication Log

  1. On client’s dashboard > Nursing Care / Reports module, click on the Reports tab.

Select Communication Log.



  1. Click ‘Add Communication Log’

  2. Input the following information:

Remarks

Media Type

Platform that the client communicated via, e.g. Phone Call, Email etc.

Status

Issue status. If issue is closed, user can update it as ‘Completed’. But please note that once it is ‘Completed’, user cannot make any amendments to this communication log record.

Memo

To record what has been communicated with the client.

Service to Bill

(For IHDC service attendance taking only)

If service attendance needs to be taken for IHDC service, check TRUE for the checkbox, and indicate which IHDC service an attendance should be marked for.
