This step allows users to generate the information required for their IHDC Grant Claim form that is to be submitted to AIC.
Please note! As the exported sheet from CARES will not include the formulas in your original Grant Claim form from AIC, users are instead advised to copy over the information from the CARES generated form into your own AIC provided copy instead.
On the left menu > Data Extraction, click on IHDC Grant Claim Form.
The service period will be auto-filtered to the current month. User can choose to adjust the service period (or any of the other filters) - just click ‘Search’ to apply the filter.
Click on Export to Excel.
The sheet will be exported, with the download link available via the bell notification on the top right corner.
The exported IHDC Grant Claim form will have 3 sheet tabs, one for each IHDC Package.
