Treatment Guidelines

1. Select the required treatment products.

Note: The pre-selected treatment products will be the product options recommended by the system based on a decision tree (available upon request). Users can change it to reflect what treatment product was used.

Pre-selected treatment products not available if ‘Treatment Guideline’ is turned off under Setting > Wound Workflow > Wound Management Workflow.

2. Enter the relevant details and click Save to complete the wound assessment.

Note: Ensure that

1. Wound basic information (e.g. Location, Date occurred, Category of Wound etc.) is correct. Otherwise, edit it via Section 8.3 Basic Information.

2. Image uploaded is clear, and resize wound image if its file size exceeds 10MB

3. Wound category, stage, status and attributes chosen or entered are correct to avoid wrong assessment results

4. Wound measurements, tissue classification, and undermining information are entered correctly

5. Wound infection status and treatment objectives selected are correct and click Submit button to save
