Filter Options:
Icon: Tap the filter icon at the top right corner of the drafts list screen to access filtering options.
Filters Available:
Date Range: Select the start and end dates to filter drafts within a specific timeframe.
Patient: Filter drafts by patient name or identifier.
Location: Filter drafts by the location where the assessment was conducted.
Category: Filter drafts by assessment category (e.g., wound type).
Steps to Filter Drafts:
Open the Drafts List:
Navigate to the drafts tab as described in the previous section.
Access Filter Options:
Tap on the filter icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Set Filters:
Date Range: Use the date picker to select the desired start and end dates.
Patient: Enter the patient’s name or identifier.
Location: Select or enter the location name.
Category: Choose the assessment category from the list.
Apply Filters:
Once you have set your desired filters, tap the “Apply” button to filter the drafts list based on your criteria.
View Filtered Drafts:
The drafts list will update to show only the drafts that match your selected filters.
Clear Filters:
To clear the filters and view all drafts again, tap the “Clear” button in the filter options.
