During the wound assessment process, if you navigate away from the assessment or terminate the app, all entered information will be automatically saved as a draft. This ensures that no data is lost, and you can easily resume your work later.
How to Access the Draft
Automatic Draft Saving:
When it Happens: If you go back or exit the app while performing a wound assessment, the current state of your assessment is automatically saved.
What is Saved: All information entered up to the point of exit, including text inputs, selections, and images.
Accessing the Draft:
Location: The draft can be accessed by tapping on the second tab located at the bottom of the screen.
Icon: The tab icon typically represents drafts or ongoing assessments (this might be an icon like a folder or a document with a pencil).
Steps to Access the Draft:
Open the App:
Launch the app on your device.
Navigate to the Drafts Tab:
Tap on the second tab at the bottom of the screen. This tab is dedicated to drafts and ongoing assessments.
View Saved Drafts:
In the drafts section, you will see a list of all saved drafts.
Each draft will be labeled with relevant details such as date, time, and any identifiers you have entered (e.g., patient name or wound type).
Select a Draft to Resume:
Tap on the draft you wish to resume. This will open the wound assessment form with all previously entered information.
Continue Your Assessment:
