To configure means test,
Step 1: Click MSF Fee Management > Configuration
Step 2: Go to “General” Tab and click on “Edit”
Step 3: Edit the numbers as desired and click Submit.
Means Test Expiry Date Reminder can be set to a given number of months (e.g., 2 months) before the expiration.
Means Test Expiry Alert for Staff can be set to Daily Weekly or Monthly to prompt staff to send caregiver reminder letters in the system for means test renewal.
To view the means test report, it is necessary to select the consolidated reports first by searching under Client > Consolidated Reports > MSF Means Test Report on the left menu bar.
The Consolidated list of MSF Means-Test Reports will be displayed as shown below.
To search for a specific Client, Service Name or Means-Test Status the user can filter from the top menu bar.
Users can Send Reminder Letter, Mark letter as Signed, Mark letter as Returned, or Download Reminder Letter.
