System Admin can list out the types of Incidents that occur to clients that must be reported e.g. Fall, Fight. [ Incident Management Module > Add Internal Incident > Type of Incident ]
Select Incident Type from the Code Table
(To note: Incident Type would refer to adding Internal/External incident, see picture below)
Select Add Incident Type to add a new incident title, key in the Incident Title and click Submit.

3. Select Incident Type Listings to view the current Incident Title listings.
4. To view the incident title listing, select the 'View' icon which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass. To edit the incident title listing, select the 'Edit' icon which looks like a pencil. To delete the incident title listing, select the 'Delete' icon which looks like a trashcan.
