To add a Progress/Final Report, it is necessary to select the External Incident first by selecting the incident under Incident Management > External Incident Listings on the left menu bar.
Select the External Incident that you want to add a Progress/Final Report for by clicking the “View” icon, which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass.
User will be directed to the External Incident Report Listing and will be able to Add New Report for the incident.
(Optional) User will be able to view the previously submitted report by clicking the “View” icon, which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass or “Edit” icon, which looks like a pencil or can download a PDF version of the Incident Report by clicking the “Report” icon, which looks like a paper.
When adding a new Progress/Final Report, information that had been entered in the Interim/Progress Report respectively will be automatically reflected in the report. The User will be able to Submit or Save these reports and they will be shown under the selected Report Listing.
