Facility

This code type allows the organization  to manage multiple physical sites with one CARES instance (one URL). For example, the organization may have one Adult Disability Home, two Disability Homes etc. System Admin can create these facilities and assign Users the relevant access either to one facility or multiple facilities. Clients may also be admitted in only one or multiple facilities.  

When users are using CARES,  the facility / facilities they have access to is visible from the top right corner of the site.  

Do note that the Facility “CARE System Support” is created by Tetsuyu for System Admin to communicate with our support team on System related issues using the “Chat” Function.

1. Select Facility from the Code Table

(To note: Facility would refer to adding a client dorm for client admission, see picture below)

2. Select Add Facility to add a new Facility, key in the Facility and click Submit.

3. Select Facility Listings to view the current facility listings.

4. To view the facility listing, select the 'View' icon which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass. To edit the attachment type listing, select the 'Edit' icon which looks like a pencil.
