Frequency

This code relates to the Dosing Frequency for Medication Admdinistration.  System Admin can set up the Frequency drop down list when recording the Client's Medications administration schedule according to prescription. They can use the standard medical abbreviations or other values based on the organization’s needs. Note that this is usually decided with Head of Nursing during deployment and is seldom modified.

1. Select Frequency from the Code Table

(To note: Frequency would refer to adding medication, see picture below)

2. Select Add Frequency to add a new frequency, key in the Frequency and click Submit.

3. Select Frequency Listings to view the current listing.  To view the frequency listing, select the 'View' icon which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass.
