Add Vital Signs Threshold and Vital Signs Reading

1. To add vital signs, go to the Patient Profile and select Vital Signs, through the heart icon.

2. To set Vital Signs Threshold, head to the specific vital signs and select Set Threshold. 

Note: Changes in the Vital Signs Threshold settings only affect the threshold for individual patients.

3. Set the threshold according to the different coloured indicators

4. The indicators will appear on the patient’s dashboard according to the latest vital signs recorded. 

5. To add vital signs for the resident, select Add for the respective vital sign.

6. Users can input the vital sign value, select the time and click OK.
