Patient Assignment

This can be used if users would like to:

1. Track which clinicians are in-charge of which clients

2. Manage which patients the users have access rights to view. 

If the user can access the Patient Assignment tab, they should be able to access all patients within the facility. If the user does not have access to assign patients, then they can only view the patients they are assigned to.

1. To assign patients to clinicians, nurses and other users, select Patient > Patient Assignment

2. Select the User Category to shortlist Users. Select the User to assign patients to.

3. Select the patients and click the green right arrow button to assign. Hold Ctrl while selecting to choose more than 1 patient.

4. To remove patients from assignment, click the green left arrow button.

5. To remove all patients from assignment, click the double left arrow button.
