Users will enter the Home Screen after successful login. Tap Patient List to see all patients assigned to you.
This section of the manual explains the process of creating a new patient on the mobile app and then viewing the patient listing and patient profile through the mobile app as well.
Create or Add a patient
In Patient Listing, tap Add at the top right of the screen.
Input all patient information. Click Done to add a new patient.
Note:
Check that patient information is correct, complete and up to date.
If the information entered is incomplete, a warning pop-up message will be shown.
Search for a patient
Tap Search Patients on the top part of the screen.
Users can enter either the first name, last name, location, ward number or bed number of the patient. Patients that match the search criteria will appear in the table view.
Choose the correct patient by tapping on the patient name.
Search By Indexing
Scroll finger on right index to search name.
View Patient Profile
After choosing the patient from the patient listing click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the Patient’s Home Screen.
Patient profile information will be displayed.
Gender and Age information are populated from the information keyed in when creating a new patient through the Web system. If a patient is added via mobile, Gender and Age can be added through Editing patient profile on Web.
Medical Condition(s) displayed is populated from the Medical History module on the Web system.
c. Vital signs (Temperature, Pulse, BP, Height, Weight, Nutrition Score) displayed are populated from Vital Signs Module in the Web system.
