Fits Chart/Asthma Records

The Fits/asthma section is for recording the details of any episodes of fits or asthma that a client experienced by the coach or training officer. This data may be required by the client’s social worker, psychologists, therapists and caregiver.

Step 1: Click on Client

Step 2: Click on Fits/Asthma Record

Step 3: Click on Add Fits/Asthma

Step 4: Fill in required fields and submit.

Step 5: Click on Fits/Asthma Listings.

Step 6: Filter by Client Name, Record Type or Date.

Step 7: Click on the View, Edit or Delete Icons to do View, Edit or Delete each record.
