Add Attachment

  1. To add an attachment for a client, it is necessary to select the client first by searching for a client profile under Resident > Resident Listing on the left menu bar.

  1. On the client listing, scroll down to the client’s name or search for the client.

  2. Upon searching for the client’s name, click on the client’s name to view the client’s profile.

  1. To add an attachment for a client, select the 'Attachments' icon which looks like a paperclip. 





  1. Scroll down and select the Attachment Type, click on the 'Upload File(s)' button to upload any relevant documents and press submit.  Dropdown list for the Attachment Type can be configured under “File Type” at the Code Table by System Admin.

  1. To view the Attachments that have been uploaded, scroll down to the bottom of the page to Attachment List. 

  1. To delete an attachment, click on the 'Delete' icon which looks like a trashcan for the relevant attachment.
