Add Medication Assistance Record Form

To keep track of when assistance has been performed for a client, users may select the option in the column or by selecting the client’s name in the dashboard.

  1. Under the “Action” column, select Add.


  1. In the Medication Assistance Record Form, enter the required information and click Ok. 

Mandatory fields would include:

  1. Medications Prepacked By

  2. Date

  3. Time




3. Added records will be listed in the client’s row, with the “Last Assistance On” and “By Staff” populated accordingly.
