This function allows users to update if a client has left the premises (“marked out”) or have returned to the premises (“marked in”). Clients who have left the premises are automatically excluded from the Muster taking list. However, if a client has been “marked out” but a temperature record input is received from Group Vital Signs, CARES will assume that client has returned and allow attendance to be taken. Do note that the “out reasons” can also be Configured by System Administrator under “Configure Movement Status”.
Click on Muster Attendance > Update Client Movement
Enter the Client Name, Date Out and Reason. Then click Save.
Records will be shown below.
Click on the Mark IN icon if a client returns.
This means that his/her name will appear in the attendance list under “Take Muster” again for the user to mark as present.
Where Clients were out for Medical Appointment were required to be Hospitalized, user can amend the movement calendar to update the status.
