Other Allergy Description

System Admin can indicate list down universe of Non Drug allergies that Client's may suffer from e.g. peanuts.

1. Select Other Allergy from the Code Table

(To note: Other Allergy would refer to adding other allergy, see picture below)

2. Select Add Other Allergy to add a new other allergy, key in the Other Allergy and click Submit.

3. Select Other Allergy Listings to view the current Other Allergy listings.

4. To view the user organization listing, select the 'View' icon which looks like a plus sign in a magnifying glass. To edit the attachment type listing, select the 'Edit' icon which looks like a pencil.
