The system support documentation function stores necessary documents to support users in using the system.
Select the System Support Documentation tab under Settings on the left navigation bar.
User with access rights and Tetsuyu can click on upload file to upload documents such as workflows, user manual and FAQ documents. Click Attach Document to successfully attach documents.
User will be able to view a listing of all attached system support documents. Click on the View icon to view the document and on the Delete icon to delete a document from the listing.
