The system allows for users to enable the requirement of a password for exporting of data.
1. In the Settings > Configuration > System page, navigate to the section of the list with “Enable Export Password” and “Default Export Password”
2. To enable Export Password, select Edit, check the tickbox to turn ON the function and Submit.
The “Enable Export Password” will be marked True. Users may change the “Default Export Password” via the same way.
3. With “Enable Export Password” = True, whenever a user downloads an exported file from the system (e.g. Client Listing), they are required to key in the password set in the configuration in order to access the file.
